We put a lot of care into the creating and packaging of each order to ensure that you receive a quality item, free of any defects. If for some reason there is a problem with your product, please contact us immediately.

Food products: We do not offer refunds or exchanges on food items due to health & safety issues.

Merchandise: All of our non-food items are eligible for a return (no exchanges) with the following guidelines: 

  • Product is returned and received at our warehouse within 21 days of purchase. 
  • The items is unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags and packaging.

  • Order Number
  • Date of Purchase
  • Reason for return
    Non-returnable items:
    Gift cards, food items

    Upon receipt of return and approval of condition, we will issue a refund back to the original method of payment, and you will receive a confirmation email. Refunds can take up to 10 days to appear on your credit card statement. 

    Shipping Info for Returns: Shipping costs from the original purchase are non-refundable.  If accepted, your refund will include the cost of the returned product only. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
